Before Ultimate Locum Tenens, he was the Divisional Vice President of one of the largest locum tenens firms in the country. His division was the company’s highest in revenue and net profits. Jim attended the University of Central Arkansas where he studied Business. Outside of work he spends his time with his wife and three boys and is active in coaching youth baseball.
