Our Process

1. Introductory Call
The first step is an introductory call between you and one of our Ultimate Locum Tenens team members. We want to learn about you, your skills and experience, as well as your desires and needs for an assignment. If you have any initial questions, we will be happy to answer them and describe the rest of the process to you.
2. Search for your Ultimate Fit
Now that we have an understanding of who you are and what you are looking for, your dedicated recruiter will explore the nurse practitioner or physician assistant locum tenens opportunities we have available or work to locate opportunities that match your parameters. We do encourage you to be open and flexible about the location and setting of your assignment in order for us to be able to present more opportunities to you.
3. Presentation to Client(s)
Once we find an opportunity that you believe to be the Ultimate Fit we present you to the client. Upon their eagerness to meet with you, we will set up interviews between you and the client.
4. Make the Ultimate Fit
When both you and the client agree that this will be a good match, we move forward by presenting the formal agreements and contracts to both parties.
5. Ambassador Program®

6. Logistical Support
Throughout the whole process, our highly experienced operations team will be verifying credentials and licenses, providing privileging support, arranging travel and lodging, and supporting you in any other way that we possibly can.
7. Deliver Your Passion
Now that all the paperwork and logistics are taken care of, you can begin your assignment, worry free. We will take care of everything else and will be there to support you throughout your assignment so that you can concentrate on making life better for the people you serve.
